    Please ensure you enter your exact size, and the correct billing/shipping address BEFORE submitting your order.  All sales are final, unfortunately we do not allow returns or issue refunds. A store credit can be issued only if a RAF (return application form) has been accepted and approved  A RAF must be requested by customer via email and one of our representatives will respond within 48 business hours to assist you.     MAOA are responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking information is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

    We believe in providing exceptional customer service and we will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. 

    In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for wrong items shipped/missing product within 7 days of receipt of package.

    We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.



    If you received a tracking number via email/sms – you cannot cancel or modify your order, your order has been marked as shipped.



    Please note, that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.



    If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address you must contact customer service IMMEDIATELY via email Please put "CHANGE ADDRESS" in the subject, and provide us with the correct shipping address in the email along with your #order number.

    All emails will receive a response within 48 business hours. (an email response may be delayed due to high volume service). Note, your order may be processed in 24hrs, if this is the case we will not be able to change your address.

    This can only be done if your order is still processing or unfulfilled. If your order is fulfilled quickly which can happen, we are not able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as fulfilled.
